一個是著名的社會事件，1991年時在德州的一所高中，
一名16歲的高中生Jeremy Wade Delle因為長期被同學欺負，
家中父母長年吵架，因為平時也不多話，老師也沒特別注意他，
有天他遲到了，老師要他去辦公室，
然後他竟然當著老師與全班同學的面前說：
『我知道我該去哪』
於是當著全班同學與老師，飲彈自盡，血濺當場。

每每他想起那段日子，他都很痛苦，
很想找那些被他欺負過的同學道歉，
但早就人事已非，
有些人甚至擺明一輩子也不會原諒他，
讓他成為這輩子永遠的陰影。
父母親與師長們或許是叛逆期的關鍵，
不論是施暴者或是受害者，
在未來這些人的日子都不會好受，
所以當下我們能避免就避免，
必要時要勇敢地站出來阻止，
才不會徒留一輩子的遺憾。
